The deal
1 · Year one: free. Everything.
Every dashboard — DZ, riggers, events — the jumper app, and every feature we ship along the way. The clock starts the day you manifest your first load on XRW, not the day you sign.
2 · We move your data. All of it. Ourselves.
The thing every DZO tells us they dread most about switching — so it's the thing we take off your plate entirely. Our engineers migrate your jumper records and licences, logbooks, bookings, voucher and credit balances, manifest history, and gear & rigging records from your current system. We verify it with you line by line, and run XRW in parallel with your old system until you — not we — say cut over. You don't pay a penny before your data is in and checked.
3 · After year one, choose your forever price
Founders' Flat — 50% off the public price, locked for life. It never rises, and every future feature is included. Or Pay-as-you-fly — 1% of ticket revenue through XRW, capped at the Founders' Flat. Rained-out month? £0. Winter shutdown? £0. It can never cost more than the flat — often less, and nothing when you're grounded. Switch between the two once a year.
4 · The Boarding-Call SLA
Dropzones work weekends, so we do too: live, human, weekend-first support — dawn to dusk on jump days. A direct line to the founding team, not a ticket queue. And if the manifest is ever down, it's all-hands: response in minutes, workaround the same day. In writing.
5 · We come to you
On-site onboarding: we spend your first XRW jump weekend on your DZ, running manifest side-by-side with your staff.
6 · You steer the product
A fortnightly build call and a quarterly roadmap vote. Our declared focus for the closed build period is manifesting automation — load building, self-manifest rules, instructor rotation, holds and limits — built against your real weekends, not our whiteboard.
7 · Founder status, forever — and no hostage data
A Founding DZ badge in the app and on this site, a launch case study, referral credit when sales reopen. The agreement is one page. Leave whenever you like and get every byte of your data back in open formats within 48 hours — that promise outlives your subscription.
What we ask of you
Run your real manifest on XRW (in parallel first — we don't bet your weekend on us). Give us one 45-minute call a fortnight and answers to async questions within five working days. Be blunt about what's broken. And once — only once — you're genuinely happy, a case study and the odd reference call.
Why only five, and why we then close
Because the promises above are only honest at five. Weekend-first SLAs, engineers who know your DZ by name, hand-verified migrations — none of that survives fifty customers. So: five seats, ideally covering a turbine DZ, a Cessna DZ, an events-heavy operation and a student-heavy school. Then the doors shut for three months while we build. Everyone else joins the waitlist for reopening — at the public price.
