1. These terms
These terms govern your access to and use of the XRW platform (the app, dashboards and this website). By using XRW you agree to them.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you enter, including operational data such as manifests, logbooks and gear records.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. Safety-critical decisions on the dropzone remain the responsibility of the operator and its qualified staff.
4. Subscriptions & payment
Dashboard plans are provided on the terms agreed in your order (POA). The jumper app is free to use. Fees, trials and renewals will be set out in your order form.
5. Liability
XRW is provided on the terms set out in your agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited under the laws of England and Wales.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
